The following terms, when used throughout this agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them in this section unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to rjm88 and use of any of its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of these conditions before creating an account or placing a wager.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rjm88 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited pending a full investigation.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise permitted by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access online gaming services. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to rjm88 is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or those who lack legal capacity under applicable law are not permitted to register.
• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one rjm88 account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts held by that individual.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from rjm88 or from any other gaming platform in a manner that extends to rjm88's services. Persons on a valid self-exclusion list are not eligible to register or deposit.

To use the rjm88 Services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration form, you warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• Accurate details: You must provide your real full name (matching your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a mobile phone number accessible in Indonesia, and your date of birth. Using fictitious names, pseudonyms, or third-party personal details is strictly prohibited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rjm88 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other service. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rjm88 Support immediately at [email protected]. rjm88 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions or delayed reporting.
• Account transferability: Your rjm88 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any such action renders the account subject to immediate termination.
• Contact updates: You must promptly update your account details if your email address or mobile number changes. rjm88 will use the contact details on file for all official communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.

rjm88 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account.
2. Maximum deposit: rjm88 may impose per-transaction or daily deposit limits at its discretion. Members may also set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard.
3. Deposit processing time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly.
4. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the rjm88 account. rjm88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5. Withdrawal processing time: Approved withdrawals are processed within an average of 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and the timing of the request relative to banking hours.
6. KYC requirement: Completion of identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. rjm88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals.
7. Currency conversion: rjm88 does not accept foreign currency. Any deposit made in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned at the depositor's expense.
8. Transaction fees: rjm88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., bank transfer fees, e-wallet transaction fees) may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Member.

rjm88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on the relevant promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without prior notice.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. rjm88 will void bonus claims that appear to exploit promotional offers through coordinated or abusive play patterns.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonuses: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings is capped as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• rjm88 discretion: rjm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes where reasonably practicable.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus funds have no cash value and may not be exchanged for real money until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

rjm88 offers a broad range of gaming products, each governed by the specific rules of that game or market. The following general gameplay provisions apply across all products on the platform.

• Maximum winnings: Single-event or single-session winnings may be subject to platform-wide maximum payout limits, which are communicated in the applicable game or market rules.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting game outcomes, all wagers affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes refunded. rjm88 is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a demonstrable system error.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances and pending winnings:

• Registering more than one account on rjm88, whether under your own name or under a third party's name or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms, or coordinated play with other Members to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or use the rjm88 platform as a mechanism for financial fraud of any kind.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game, card game, or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Accessing the rjm88 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool in order to circumvent geographical restrictions or account verification requirements.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the rjm88 platform, software, or underlying infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward rjm88 staff or other Members.

All content on the rjm88 platform — including but not limited to the rjm88 brand name, logo, website design, interface layouts, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of rjm88 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rjm88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or otherwise exploit any part of the rjm88 platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any rjm88 content without prior written consent.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on any rjm88 content.
• Use the rjm88 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

rjm88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the rjm88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account on rjm88, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purposes of:

• Account creation, verification, and administration.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transaction records.
• Fulfilling KYC and AML compliance obligations.
• Delivering personalised promotional communications (where you have opted in).
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming interventions.

• Decisions made by you in reliance on promotional materials, market odds, or game information that was subject to a genuine error or technical fault.

Nothing in this clause limits rjm88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable mandatory law.

rjm88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The Member has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account restriction.
• The Member has requested voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, rjm88 will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided no outstanding investigation or legal hold applies. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting rjm88 Support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of identity confirmation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rjm88 is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and rjm88, the following process applies:

1. Informal resolution: You must first contact rjm88 Support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. rjm88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 10 business days, the matter may be escalated to rjm88's senior compliance team. rjm88 will provide a final written decision within a further 10 business days.
3. Binding arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after the escalation process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and enforceable.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia or any other mandatory legal protection that cannot be waived by contract.

rjm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rjm88 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notification on the rjm88 homepage or Member dashboard for a minimum of 7 days following the change.
• Where the change materially affects your rights or obligations, send a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the rjm88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact Support to close your account and withdraw your balance.

We encourage all Members to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms always supersedes any prior version.
